                  Tools to ensure accurate measurements & great fitting clothes.

           Use the Plumbline Belt:

  • As a belt to measure evenly around the hip line at 3,7,9 inches from the waistline.
  • As a belt to check and correct the hang of the skirt if you have a high hip, a full tummy or a prominent derriere.  Mark the bottom of the belt to establish the correct waistline thus ensuring  great fitting skirts and slacks. 
  • To check the center back seam to correct the hang of a one-piece garment.
  • To establish side seam placement especially if you have a high hip, a full tummy or a prominent derriere. 

          Use the Weighted Cord:

  • To mark a jewel neck line.
  • To establish the shoulder line and the armhole.

    Purchase correct size by using your snug a 9 inch hip-line measure.  If you are in-between sizes purchase the smaller size. The hip measurement allows for 2 inches wearing ease over your snug hip measurement.
