Class fees are required at the time of registration. Many of our courses in series offer additional savings when you pay for the complete coursework series at the initial registration. 6-month no-interest financing is also available to those who qualify. To take advantage of these packages, all series must be completed within 4 months of commencement. Discount only applies when the series is paid for prior to the commencement of the course(s). Standard cancellation policy applies.
Reservations by phone are accepted with credit card payment.
If you withdraw from a class, a store credit (no refunds) will only be given with your minimum 5-day notice prior to the first class date. Without this minimum notice, under no circumstance are store credits or transfers made.
We reserve the right to cancel classes as necessary, at which time a refund or store credit will be issued. Sewing Arts Center will do its best to notify students of a cancellation at least 3 days prior to the class date.
Make-up classes are given only in the event an instructor misses a class. Should you miss a class for any reason, it is your responsibility to make arrangements with the instructor prior to the next meeting date for private instruction so that you can be brought up to speed. Private instruction is scheduled in one hour increments and is billed at the prevailing hourly rate for private instruction at Sewing Arts.
Unless otherwise noted in the class description, class fees do not include materials. When you register, be certain to procure a supply list, available on our website at www.SewingArts.com.
Please make arrangements for childcare well in advance of your class dates.
Cell phone use is not permitted in the classrooms.
As a courtesy to those with sensitivities and allergies to colognes and perfumes, please refrain from using them when enrolled in a class.
